Our Story

Built by Drivers, for Drivers

Founded in 2000, the Complete School of Transportation Training has been a trusted driving school on Vancouver Island for the better part of a quarter century. That experience tends to show in our graduates — often in how confidently they handle their road test.

Every one of our instructors is ICBC-licensed, and every lesson we run is one-on-one — not a classroom of twenty, and no taking turns from the back seat. You get an instructor, a vehicle, and a coach focused on getting you ready for your road test, and for the work that comes after it.

CSTT shares a yard with Jencam Transport, and that's by design. Many trucking companies are hesitant to hire a brand-new graduate — it's hard to get a job without experience, and hard to get experience without a job. Sharing a yard helps with that: many CSTT students get exposure to real loads, real yards, and experienced mentors before they've even taken their road test — a head start that's hard to find elsewhere.
